Michael Hoover, President
Michael Hoover graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1999 with a degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology. He operated a web design business before joining ATR Systems and took over in 2003.

In 2005, Michael was invited to join the Board of Directors for the Independent Time & Labor Management Association (ITLMA), a position he holds today.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys hiking and sailing, and even took a month long hiatus to sail across the Atlantic on the tall ship Staatsrad Lehmkuhl. Michael lives in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia with his wife Laura and son Nathaniel.
